✨ Booking, Deposits & Cancellations Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows another client the opportunity to book your time. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment if 24-hour notice is given. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are considered same-day cancellation in which we will sadly have to charge you a 50% Cancellation/No-Show Fee of the scheduled service. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect for time, and the best experience for all clients. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. ✨ Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period. • Arrivals after 10 minutes will incur a $10 late fee added towards your total. • Arrival after 15 minutes, you are considered a no-show, and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • We appreciate your communication and ask that you give notice if you are running behind, as we may still be able to accommodate you the same day. ⸻ 🍯✨ Wax: Hair Length Requirement For best results, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). If hair is too short to wax effectively, the appointment may need to be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy. ✨ Fix Policy • Lashes: Free fix within 48 hours (2 days) for premature lash loss (must follow aftercare). After 48 hours, standard fill or full set applies. ⸻ ✨ Guest Policy • No extra guests or children allowed unless being serviced and accompanied by a parent/guardian, to maintain a relaxing environment. ⸻ ✨ Payment Methods • Remaining balance accepted via GlossGenius, cash or Zelle. ⸻ ✨ Service Satisfaction • Please inspect your wax/lashes before leaving.
